  • How do I register as a Freelancer?
    Download the app and register your profile. Then add your picture, work experience and your bank details. It is important to add your bank details so we know how to pay you! Upload your document showing that you are allowed to work. Denmark: upload your Healthcard (Sygesirkring) or document showing your CVR or CPR number. Malta: only for self-employed - upload your VAT number. Read more here Italy: Upload national ID card (for EU or Italian residents) and for Non EU please upload your work permit or VAT number. Netherlands: For Dutch nationals upload your national ID or health card. For EU nationals you can upload your passport or national ID. For non-EU upload your work permit or social security ID.
  • How do I apply for a job?
    After downloading and registering on our app you can browse all the jobs available. Click the job to see location on Google map and then click APPLY button to apply for the job.
  • How do I get paid?
    First you need to make sure you have the correct bank details on your profile. After you have performed the work the employer will confirm your attendance. TAKE A SELFIE of yourself at the workplace and upload it on the Attendance tab. This is to verify that you have worked at the establishment and to avoid any disputes with the employer later on. Once you are done you can also review the employer with a star-rating (optional) Then you will be paid within 2 days.
  • What does it cost?
    Jobybee is free for all Freelancers. You get paid exactly what you see in the job post. We take care of all the fees, customer service, tech support and transfers.
  • What about TAX?
    TAX- As you are self-employed you must declare any income you earn to the tax authorities yourself. After you have completed the job, you will receive a receipt of payment for your services through email. You should self-declare this amount with your local tax authorities.
  • How to make a job post?
    1. Download the app and make a profile in 2 minutes. 2. Then create your own job post with date, time, location, job description and hourly rate (you set the hourly rate yourself). 3. Then add payment info and your job is posted. Payment details are just a "hold" for now, we will only debit the card after the job is done. 4. Once the job you have posted is done, click “Attendance” and confirm that the freelancer performed the job. We add a 20% fee for the use of the platform. This is added to the hourly rate. Computation: Hourly Rate X Hours + commission. Example: 8-hour shift at an hourly rate of 15 euros/hour is a total of 120 euro plus 20% commission = total of 144 Euros total.
  • How to I review a Freelancer?
    After you have approved attendance your payment will be charged to your account and a pop up will appear. There you can add stars and reviews.
  • How do I hire?
    After making your job post you will see applicants under the Applicants tab on the app. Click to see their profile and work experiences. Then click Hire if you feel they are a right fit. The Freelancer will get a notification and email that they have been hired. You are then able to chat with them as well.
  • How do I pay for the shift?
    When you make a job post you will see the last step is to add payment. This is only a pre-authorization of your payment. That can be with G-pay, ApplePay or normal credit card. Our secure 3rd party provider, Viva Wallet, will take a hold of your card and the amount. Once you have approved the attendance of the Freelancer you hired - then we charge the payment. As soon as it is paid we pay out automatically to the Freelancers account as well.
